A dash of Palm Springs, a smidge of mid-century modern design, and a boatload of lobster dishes make up Marigold, the retro-inspired restaurant with classic American staples at Resorts World.
Las Vegas-based Gen3 Hospitality, which owns Holsteins Shakes & Buns at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, developed the restaurant that found its design inspiration from vintage Las Vegas and Palm Springs. The restaurant can seat 200 diners and features a bar and two private dining rooms, as well as as indoor patio for people watching.
The lobster-centric menu features lobster avocado toast, lobster croquettes, lobster linguini, and proper lobster rolls, as well as a collection of over-the-top craft burgers and cocktails. Dessert options include ice cream sandwiches and sundaes, butterscotch pudding, and strawberry shortcake.
Next door, diners can find Goldies with cookies and pies as well as grab-and-go breakfast and lunch options.
