A flurry of activity close to the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets will bring a trio of new dining opportunities to an area currently dominated by a steady stream of customers headed to Black Bear Diner.
Located at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Robindale Road, Frijoles & Frescas is the most well known new tenant, investing an impressive $251,000 in estimated construction costs to build its seventh local expansion.
Launched seven years ago into the very competitive fast-casual Mexican dining scene, the Frijoles menu features grilled tacos, aguas frescas, seafood dishes, and cheesecake chimichangas for dessert.
Taking over space 130, newcomer B&G Brew Tea House has yet to announce its future plans, but is also estimating a six-figure budget for the interior makeover.
And rumored earlier this year, local promoter DeShon Williams plans to bring his own restaurant and lounge to suite 211, creating a self-described “vibe dining experience.” Originally planned for mid-summer, an updated debut date has not been released.
