Local mobile food trailer operators Aspire Coffee House will soon step off the road and into their first permanent location when they debut at the Skye Canyon residential development this weekend, creating a rare and health-conscious coffee shop in Centennial Hills.
Created by Mandie Gilbert and Lyndsi Lillis, Aspire will move inside the former Skye Bistro on Saturday, July 9, and then open daily from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. with seating available inside and out on the patio.
The restaurant will be connected to the resident’s building at 10111 W. Skye Canyon Dive, but will be open to the public. Aspire’s menu include avocado, caprese, chocolate hazelnut berry, and banana almond butter toasts, daily collections of pastries, keto-friendly cookie dough bites, and lemon bars, plus smoothie beverages and bowls.
Poured into eco-friendly cups, the coffee collection offers superfood drip coffee, locally-roasted nitro cold brews, lattes upgraded with turmeric and matcha, plus organic teas, hot cocoa, and a kids menu featuring honey lavender, snickerdoodle and white mocha flavored milks.
