The sparsely occupied Peace Way Center on the far west of Spring Valley prepares to welcome two new tenants, including a self-described “comfortable, chic coffee shop” planning to debut later this month.
The retail strip located at the intersection of Peace and Hualapai Ways is best known for The Ridge Bar & Grill. Now Caffeine Machine plans to open on Saturday, August 14, inside the 1,400-square-foot suite 109, formerly the home of the Power Zone smoothie and juice bar.
The woman-owned and operated counter-service space from Las Vegan Melissa Anwar expects to be open daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and offer weekly drinks specials, roasted espresso, and coffee drinks, plus locally sourced, pre-packed baked goods.
A short walk away, newcomer Pho & Beyond has yet to reveal details of its Vietnamese-style noodle soup menu, but is steadily making its way through the initial permit process, prior to a remodel inside suite 1.
