Stunning views of the city come with Resorts World’s new bar, Starlight on 66. The bar on the 66th floor of the resort at the north end of the Strip features wraparound views of the Las Vegas Strip.
The swanky setting includes leather couches, mahogany paneled walls, and artwork from around the world, including pop art paintings of Princess Diana and Prince Charles. The bar comes stocked with fine and rare spirits, cocktails, and globally inspired small plates.
Cocktails include the Sunset on 66th with Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, strawberry syrup, pineapple, lime, and Fever Tree ginger beer; the Lady Luck with Absolut Elyx, St Germain, dragonfruit syrup, and lemon; and the Stardust, named for the casino that once stood the site of Resorts World, with Beefeater gin, butterfly pea flower syrup, lemon, and Fever Tree elderflower tonic.
Customers can order a Louis XIII perfect pour in half ounce to two ounces servings.
The sky-high bar also offers food including a shrimp cocktail, Kumiai oysters on the half shell, a summer vegetable crudité, big eye tuna tartar, crispy ginger chicken, and golden Russian Osetra on blinis.
