Quickly becoming a favorite breakfast and brunch destination once it expanded to Las Vegas from northern Nevada back in 2017, Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs opened its third local restaurant and created a second home in Henderson.
Replacing a former Pei Wei Asian Diner and keeping its distinctive angled front entrance, the 3,162-square-foot full-service restaurant at 1311 West Sunset Road sits a short distance from the Sunset Station and across the street from the Galleria at Sunset shopping mall.
Proudly family run since 1991 and grown to eight locations across the state, each version of Peg’s is designed with turquoise colored booth seating, and the same “glorified,” generous portion menu that specializes in skillets, omelets, Benedicts, and popular breakfast dishes, adding sandwiches and burgers to the lunch options, and on the “Peg’s ‘Aloha’ from Hawaii” side of the menu, Ninth Island imports of fried spam, ono teriyaki chicken breast, and Loco Moco with brown gravy.
Peg’s Glorified Ham n Eggs, 1311 West Sunset Road, Suite 120, 702-640-0466. Open daily from 6.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
