Life Is Beautiful, the three-day food, music, and art festival, gets ready to take over Downtown Las Vegas September 17, 18, and 19 with more than 70 local chefs and restaurants offering their dishes. Attendees can take part in interactive culinary experiences and chef demonstrations, or just eat their way through the festival.
Among the local restaurants are Soulbelly BBQ, 595 Craft & Kitchen, Eataly, Tacos & Beer, Cafe Americano, Custom Pizza Truck, Khoury’s Mediterranean, Cousins Maine Lobster, Cafe Lola, Joy Pop, and Saint Honore, with dishes spanning vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free.
While the festival already sold out, general admission ticket holders can experience local outlets via evens such as Cocktail School, the Cookout, Omakase Cantina, and the Farm Stand. Cocktail School returns to with a series of interactive seminars and cocktail tastings from Bryant Jane and Lyle Cervenka of Starboard Tack. Sessions will take place three times a day, hosted by local mixologists. Attendance for each session is first-come, first-seated.
The Cookout from Main St. Provisions chef Justin Kingsley Hall offers a demonstration of live fire cooking with chefs from Jaleo and China Poblano by José Andrés, Majordomo Meat & Fish, Echo & Rig, District One Kitchen & Bar, Milpa, Masazul, Toddy Shop, This Mama’s House, Larrea, and Peyote. Service is limited and is only available until sellout each day.
Omakase Cantina from SecretBurger.com’s Jolene Mannina features Nicolas Costagliola of Restaurant Guy Savoy, Gina Marinelli of La Strega, and Sparrow + Wolf’s Brian Howard. Seatings at the Omakase Cantina may be purchased as a general admission add-on based on availability. Omakase Cantina will take place nightly for three 45-minute seatings.
The Farm Stand from Diana Edelman of Vegans, Baby! offers tastes from local vegan restaurants such as Tiabi Coffee & Waffle, Pots, Chikyū, K.ando, Vintage Vegan Diner, Souley Vegan, Phyto’s Vegan Eats, O.G. Lola’s, Underground Burgers, Paradise City Creamery, Garden Grill, and Simply Pure. The Farm Stand will be open nightly from 4 to 10 p.m. or until sold out.
Those with VIP+ tickets can experience daily happy hours on the VIP+ viewing deck overlooking the Downtown Stage. Attendees can eat dishes from Eataly, Honey Salt, Jing, and The Black Pearl.
All In tickets holders and festival artists will find a pop-up from the restaurants at Virgin Hotels including Night + Market, Casa Calavera, and Kassi Beach House.
All Life Is Beautiful attendees will be required to show proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of each day of the festival.
