Set to celebrate its 12th anniversary later this summer, the “French-informed” Baguette Café is also preparing to debut a new location in Henderson, with two more announced expansions in the works for next year.
Currently hiring, temporary signage has been in place for months outside a corner spot at the Horizon Marketplace, right at the intersection of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Eastern Avenue.
The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf previously occupied the 1,323-square-foot interior close to Munchbox and a Roberto’s Taco Shop. An exact opening date has not been shared.
The original Baguette Café, from former Joel Robuchon and Thomas Keller manager Olivier Brouillet, remains open daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the weekend, earning a loyal following for its casual menu of sandwiches, fruit dishes, quiche, and a collection of pastries prepared in house.
Baguette Café is also scheduled to expand to The Bend dining and entertainment complex located across from Ikea in the southwest and into the ground floor of the 201 Las Vegas Boulevard S. project in downtown Las Vegas. Both ventures from developer Dapper Cos. are working toward a 2022 unveiling.
