Promising five stores for its first move into Las Vegas, San Jose-based franchise Togo’s has updated that it is initially “coming soon” to the southwest and Henderson.

Operating as a West Coast brand for more than 50 years and overseeing more than 150 locations in California, the salad, sandwich, and wrap company will replace a shuttered Subway at Henderson’s Pebble Marketplace retail center, also planned to be home to locals Houston’s Hot Chicken later this year.

Moving close to the intersection of Green Valley and Pebble Road, the 1,339-square-foot counter-service space is easy to find between Cinnaholic and Rubio’s Coastal Grill.

Togo’s will also take over another former sandwich outpost in the southwest, remodeling a closed Port of Subs at Rainbow Sunset Pavilion Center, a few steps from Bonchon Chicken and The Cracked Egg, and close to the intersection of Sunset Road and Rainbow Boulevard.

Yet to share an estimated opening day, the future menu will include chicken and cheddar, pastrami Reubens, turkey and cranberry, Italian beef, and pork meatball sandwiches.
