A nightlife company specializing in providing Las Vegas visitors VIP access to clubs and pool parties has submitted plans to create a permanent base on downtown’s Fremont Street. World Crawl Bar replaces Del Prado Jewelers on Neonopolis’s second floor, the first storefront visitors will see when they ride the escalator to the upper level.
The bar fills a compact 1,838 square feet, and early paperwork reveals a simple design, featuring an open-plan seating area and walk-up bar counter.
The World Crawl parent company operates in Las Vegas, Miami, and San Diego, and locally worked with local nightlife venues Tao Beach at the Venetian, Lavo Italian Restaurant at the Palazzo, Drai’s at the Cromwell, Omnia at Caesars Palace, and Señor Frog’s at Treasure Island. Using a “party bus,” ticketed participants are shepherded by an upbeat tour guide, bypassing cover charges and velvet ropes, and led into as many as five clubs, lounges, and bars per night. Tour partners have also included drink deals, snacks, and food specials as part of the all-in ticket price. It has yet to be confirmed if the new headquarters will be used to create tours of the downtown neighborhood.
Neonopolis also hosts a second outlet for the rowdy Dick’s Last Resort, Banger Brewing, the Nerd with cosplay and bowling, Don’t Tell Mama piano bar, and the karaoke respite Cat’s Meow.
