Gas station empire Terrible Herbst continues to expand its local restaurant ventures, submitting plans for a giant new project that will help also alleviate the well-documented parking issues at Allegiant Stadium. The company proposed a 18,305-square-foot supper club to be built at the intersection of Polaris Avenue and Dewey Drive, a few feet from the brand’s existing gas station, convenience store, and warehouse property. The county already approved plans to build a much-needed 713-space, four-story parking garage on the corner plot, and the new restaurant will move into the first level.
Still nameless, the project will feature a main dining room, large U-shaped bar, two private dining room spaces, and an outdoor terrace facing Dewey Drive with views of the stadium across the street. Terrible Herbst plans to add landscaping to improve the look of the facade, while the modern exterior will also include a painted aluminium surface and glass window roll up-doors.
A potential debut date has not been announced, but given the scale of the parking garage construction, Las Vegas Raiders fans should not expect a launch until the 2022-23 season.
