Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace brings back its weekend brunch. The buffet reopened in May for dinner only, and now expands to offer breakfast dishes at new sweet and savory stations such as a pancake and waffle bar with options such as red velvet waffles, birthday cake pancakes, green tea pancakes, and vanilla French toast. Customers can choose toppings and sauces for their pancakes and waffles that include Lilikoi syrup, cajeta (Mexican caramel sauce), Nutella, whipped cream, marshmallow cream, banana compote, fresh berries, chocolate chips, rainbow sprinkles, mini marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and more.
Over at the egg and omelet bar, customers can build their omelets with ingredients including sausage, ham, bacon, seasonal vegetables, cheddar, Swiss, and pepper jack cheeses, or just order eggs cooked any style. At the meat carving station, diners can pick up slab bacon, honey-glazed ham, Portuguese sausage, chicken apple sausage, grilled tri-tip, smoked brisket, rotisserie chicken, and turkey.
New hot brunch dishes included truffle mushroom egg bites, a crab Florentine Benedict, loaded tater tots, baby loco moco, corned beef Benedict, black bean sope (vegetarian), and huevos divorciados. A tofu scramble, plant-based sausages, and Soyrizo hash await, as do Denver scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, hash browns, thick-cut bacon, chicken-fried steak with country gravy and biscuits, and hot cereals. On the cold brunch side of the menu, the buffet has a smoked salmon and smoked whitefish display with condiments including cream cheese, sliced red onions, tomatoes, capers, egg mimosas, and cornichons as well as a shrimp cocktail display.
Other options include a blueberry lemon parfait, raspberry chia seed parfait, and an acai bowl with assorted seasonal fruits; smoothie flavors such as pitaya (dragon fruit), pineapple turmeric, and an all-green version; spam musubi; and a Tamago sweet omelet nigiri.
Bacchanal Buffet is open Monday through Thursday for dinner for $74.99 from 4 to 10 p.m. and Friday through Sunday for brunch for $54.99 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and dinner for $74.99 from 3 to 10 p.m. Bacchanal is now accepting reservations on OpenTable and walk-ins throughout the day.
By September 8, the city will have 10 buffets inside casinos back in action. Market Place Buffet returned at the Rampart Casino on August 26 and The Buffet at Luxor reopened on September 1. Others that reopened include The Buffet at Excalibur, The Buffet at Wynn, Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace, Garden Buffet at South Point, Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Circus Buffet at Circus Circus, and the MGM Grand Buffet. The all-you-can-eat Garden Court Buffet reopens daily with brunch from 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. at Main Street Station, as well as dinner on Friday and Saturday from 4 to 9 p.m. on September 8.
