Jaleo at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas has a takeout wine program focused on Spanish wines with 35 different wines available to go, curated specially by the team’s wine experts. For sparkling wines, customers select two favorites from Raventós i Blanc winery: Cuvée José and de Nit Rosé ($35) and Manuel Raventós ($125).
