Try the Throwback Sazerac ($15) with Remy Martin 1738 cognac, sugar, old-fashioned aromatic bitters and Pernod Absinthe, stirred for exactly 40 rotations; the Fleur Gin Fizz ($14) made with New Orleans-born Ramos Gin Fizz made with Hendrick's gin, Luxardo Maraschino, freshly squeezed lime juice, condensed milk, egg whites, rose flower water and tonic water, garnished with a floating red rose petal; and the Rum Old-Fashioned, ($14) with Pusser's British Naval rum in lieu of whiskey with oranges, Luxardo cherries, a sugar cube and black walnut bitters to make this unique libation.
