12 Fabulous New Burgers to Try in Las Vegas

View as Map

2008_10_hasmaps.jpgBurger mania certainly has hit Las Vegas. Already in the past few months, Gordon Ramsay BurGR opened at Planet Hollywood Resort and PoshBurger Bistro opened on the west side, pitting the Scottish Ramsay against the Irish Conrad Gallagher, each a bad boy of cheffing in their own rite. But other new restaurants have brought burgers to the table, including Fat Choy with its exceptional Fat Choy Burger, View Wine Bar & Kitchen with its exceptional eponymous burger and Angela Sosa's Poppy Den Burger, a variation on his burger dubbed the best by Eater in 2010.

Others have introduced novelties for Playboy Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclair and Michael Jackson. Nobu Matsuhisa even got in on the burger action with an elusive burger only found on the in-room dining menu at Nobu Hotel. We even found one super secret burger that you can only get off-menu. Here's a look at 12 of the newest burgers to grind it up in Las Vegas.
