Look for crispy oyster lettuce cups with a summer salsa and spicy mayo, Japanese barbecue unagi donburi, Filipino tocino ribs with compressed watermelon and cilantro, pineapple macaroni salad, corn on the cob and a ginger lemongrass Jell-O shot for $65.
Bouchon at the Venetian has Ad Hoc’s famous buttermilk fried chicken and Bouchon Bakery apple pie to celebrate the holiday.
