Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar
Through the end of the month, Fleming’s is serving up the Haute Holiday and Merry Mint Spice. The Haute Holiday ($10.95) comes with Quay Elysim (a Muscat dessert wine), Germain Elderflower Liqueur and Mionetto Prosecco in a champagne flute garnished with a Luxardo cherry. The Merry Mint Spice ($11.95) mixes Gentleman Jack with Domaine de Canton and POM juice with aromatic muddled mint leaves and simple syrup, shaken and served on the rocks.
Holsteins Shakes and Buns
Just for the holidays, Holsteins is featuring the Candy Cane Shake made with Peppermint Schnapps, peppermint syrup and mini candy canes for $11.
Hyde Bellagio has four new cocktails available for the holidays. The Rock and Rye is an adaptation of a once-common liqueur traceable to the pre-Prohibition era. Created in-house by allowing rock candy, cloves, spices and winter citrus fruits to mull in Old Overholt Rye for more than a month, this smooth and flavorful infusion is served on the rocks in an old-fashioned glass. The Snowflake uses a splash of liquid nitrogen sweetened by Malibu Rum. The drink is served in a glass frosted by freshly fallen coconut snowflakes. The Ponce di Granada features lychee liquor for a sweet twist with Le Grand Saint Sparkling Vodka, an effervescent liquor also known as the champagne of vodkas, making an appearance. Hyde also has Iced Irish Coffee with Jameson Irish Whiskey and Illy brand espresso blended over ice in a traditional mug with a mint whipped cream.
