Anthony's Gourmet Burgers & Brews
Anthony’s Burgers & Brews at the M Resort has a St. Patrick’s Day menu that includes Irish cheddar soup, Irish soda rolls and corned beef and cabbage with buttered red potatoes for $15 from 4 to 10 p.m.
Big Belly Buffet
Big Belly Buffet at the Monte Carlo will have colcannon soup, Irish pub lamb stew, Shepherd’s pie, crème de menthe cupcakes, shamrock cookies and chocolate fudge mint brownies.

The Cafe at Monte Carlo
A lot of traditional Irish stew can be found at The Café at Monte Carlo. This Irish classic soup includes lamb, baby carrots, potatoes, parsnips, leaks and onion served with the delicious flavors of Irish soda bread.

Lavo’s Champagne Brunch celebrates St. Patrick’s Day weekend with a green-themed bash on Saturday, March 16, with sounds by DJ Jason Lema. The daytime party invites guests to “get lucky” as the date also marks the end of brunch’s second season. In honor of the holiday, the afternoon soiree’s signature dishes will “go green” including the almond-crusted French toast ($18) with cinnamon, panettone, fresh berries and bananas; lemon ricotta waffles ($19) accompanied by glazed apples, dark raisins and whipped yogurt; and white polenta pancakes ($17) topped with hazelnut butter and syrup. Drink specials include Bushmills Irish Honey specialty cocktails and Guinness on tap as well as a Guinness open bar from 2 to 3 p.m.

Try the Luck of the Irish Burger with an 8-ounce beef patty topped with shaved corned beef, Swiss cheese, braised green cabbage and Russian dressing. The burger is served on a marble rye bun with French fries for $12.95.

Nine Fine Irishmen will have the Celtic Feis, a traditional Gaelic arts and cultural festival, Friday, March 15, through Sunday, March 17. The event includes live entertainment and a special menu of authentic Irish fare including fried sausages, Shepherd’s pie, corned beef sandwiches, fish and chips and drunken onion rings. Throughout the holiday weekend, guests may enjoy entertainment by Patrick Seiben, Sin É Rí - Ra, Limey Barstewarts, Joshua Tree and Michael Bowman. RM Seafood will serve an RM-style Shepard’s pie with Guinness braised short ribs, bay shrimp, brown butter potatoes, English peas, fava beans and tomato raisins on Sunday. The restaurant is also serving up The Wayward Saint featuring an Irish blend of roasted coffee bean-infused Jameson Irish Whisky and Amarula cream liqueur, topped with Guinness foam and grated nutmeg.
Rock & Rita’s
The green drafts will flow throughout the day at Rock ‘n Rita’s with a two-for-one green Bud Light special and an authentic corned beef and cabbage dinner offered on St. Patrick’s Day from 2 to 11 p.m.
The ultra-dive bar will be serving draft beers for $5, 64-ounce super beers for $20, 80-ounce beer guitars for $35, 100-ounce Super Yards priced at $38 and a special St. Patty’s Day frozen Piña Colada, all in green. Irish Car Bombs go for $5 all day.
