The brunch features sweet and savory options including PB&J pancakes, lobster Benedicts, muffaletta paninis, Nutella crepes and more specialties.
Sundays get a little bit better with the introduction of brunch at Made LV at Tivoli Village features brunch every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Diners can land the Big Easy Benedict with a bacon cheddar biscuit, country ham and creole hollandaise; breakfast tacos made with chicken chorizo, soft scrambled eggs, queso fresco and roasted salsa; “old fashion” French toast sticks with an orange bourbon drizzle, cherries and maple syrup; and steak and eggs with a Wagyu skirt steak, two eggs, roasted potatoes, vine ripened tomato and Made LV steak sauce. Bottomless mimosas, available for $20 per person, also make the menu, as well as the cocktail list and craft beer selection.
Dine outside on Lake Jacqueline at Marché Bacchus, ordering up dishes such as shrimp and grits, braised pork belly Benedict or Le Oeufs en Meurette, a dish with three poached eggs, mushrooms, ham, shallots and Bordelaise sauce. The service also features domestic Sturgeon or Russian Oscietra caviar with traditional accompaniments of crème fraîche, chives, hard-boiled egg and toast.
Mercadito spices up brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sunday at Red Rock Resort.
