Here's a look at six of the new smaller restaurants that opened recently all over the Las Vegas valley, including a tamale stand, Thai-Italian restaurant in a bar, a Korean joint and a buffet with a Mongolian grill.

The former Sand Dollar Lounge underwent a transformation on Bar Rescue to become Bar 702, now open 24 hours. Look for a barbecue menu that includes an open-faced beef hot link, barbecue pulled pork or chicken sandwich and the the Da-Spot, a round up of mac-n-cheese, baked beans, chili and bacon and barbecue sauce.

This restaurant inside Bailey's Sports Bar has a pool table in the middle of it, so takeout or delivery may be your best bet. This restaurant serves up Thai and Italian dishes ranging from from Tom Yum soup to chicken parmesan.
