Cider-brined roasted turkey with turkey leg confit, wild mushroom stuffing, wood oven-roasted Brussels sprouts, Yukon potato puree and rosemary gravy is the entree. Pumpkin pie will be served for dessert. The three-course menu is available from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $45 per person and the Thanksgiving Plate for $29.
