Francesco Lafranconi at Southern Wine & Spirits heads to Delmonico for Scotch single malts from independent brokers, as well as American whiskeys.

For Willet Family Rye on the rocks, Alex Penalosa, head bartender at Comme Ça at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, heads to The Griffin.
Herbs & Rye
When Tony Abou-Ganim heads to Herbs & Rye, he tends to order a Holland House. “It is one of the few places that carry Bols Genever and know how to make the cocktail exquisitely.”
Mark Lopez at Panevino heads to Mandarin Bar at the Mandarin Oriental for the Smoke and Mirrors. “First, they wet the inside of the glass with Lagavulin Scotch, which gives it its smokiness. Then they add Basil Hayden's Bourbon, Carpano Antica Formula, black tea simple syrup and finish it with lemon zest.”
Petrossian Bar & Lounge
Tony Abou-Ganim says Petrossian Bar at the Bellagio makes a great gin martini or Negroni, but “when I'm in the mood, it's my go-to stop for a Cable Car. It's a drink I created in 1996 and it's been on their menu since opening and I have yet to find one that's made better!”
Alex Penalosa, head bartender at Comme Ça at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, also enjoysVelveteen Rabbit and their Negronis.
Juyoung Kang from Commonwealth’s The Laundry Room likes the people watching at Vesper Bar at the Cosmopolitan.
