Though the sushi burrito may have been the biggest item to bring attention to Asian fusion cuisine, many restaurants in Las Vegas also feature other fusion dishes. While sushi itself seems to have only grown in popularity, many of the spots below have created new takes on traditional sushi, including sushi nachos, tacos, tostadas, hamburgers and even cupcakes. Yet, many of these same restaurants also have fare that blends traditional ingredients or flavors from one country like Mexico or Korea with popular American foods like fried chicken or sliders. Reinventing these typical beef sliders, fried chicken or grilled cheese is also an option at some of the places on our list. So sushi fanatics can rejoice at all of the places to try sushi in a form besides a hand cut roll.
