While Las Vegas doesn’t have an official cuisine, unless alcohol counts, the city certainly makes up for it with a wide array of global cuisines. One such example is Brazilian food. Like many Latin American countries, the cuisine in Brazil is the result of indigenous recipes, outside influences from Europe and Africa, and a blending of the two. Of course the most recognized in the United States is churrasco, that barbecued meat served on a skewer and carved table side, but Brazilian beef tenderloin with padron peppers or feijoada, a stew of beans with beef and pork, find a place on the Brazilian menus of the city.

From Brazilian steakhouses to fusion restaurants, here’s a look at where to find Brazilian food in Las Vegas.
