The Hummus Factory went from food truck to restaurant in 2016. Owner Tony Tabet serves chicken kabobs with a bed of onions and zucchini, lamb gyros, hummus sliders, eggplant dishes such as crispy eggplant fries, falafel and more. Even shawarma makes an appearance in the sliders. Vegetarians can try the stuffed grape leaves or the falafel plate. The Fat Greek Mediterranean Bistro

Diners can head to the Cosmopolitan for Costas Spiliadis’ Greek fare at Estiatorio Milos. The Milos special features fried paper-thin zucchini and eggplant served with a tzatziki sauce and graviera cheese saganaki, while the octopus comes with chickpeas from Santorini, capers and kritamo. Fans of Milos go for the loup de mer, cooked in sea salt with extra virgin olive oil and capers, served whole.
