Lake Havasu City in Arizona really started when the Parker Dam was constructed from 1934 to 1938, then filled to capacity from 1940 to 1942, although the city wasn’t officially established until 1963. By 1971, the London Bridge, originally constructed on land, was installed, giving visitors a view of the Bridgewater Channel. Aside from the bridge and the 450 miles of shoreline, Lake Havasu features miniature lighthouses dotting the lake, and of course, fun restaurants that offer a view of the action. Here, seven places to dine in Lake Havasu City with a view of London Bridge.
