Peyote serves a selection of shrimp ceviche, skirt steak asada and Oaxaco-style mole wings for dinner, but the patio comes alive after dark. A fire pit on the patio at Fergusons Downtown is framed with pink and green seating, dozens of cactus and the glow of colorful string lights. Square Bar was conceived as a place to relive Las Vegas’ heyday. The vaguely 70s-themed bar in New Orleans Square pairs cocktails to your star sign. Pisces are encouraged to order the Kermit Martini with creme de menthe while scorpios may choose to try the Wai Sunrise with tequila and watermelon pucker.

The cocktails at Caviar Bar are just what you’d expect at a restaurant with a focus on such a high-end ingredient. Try the High Roller, a martini made with Beluga vodka and topped with a blue cheese and prosciutto stuffed olive. Whiskey drinkers will enjoy the International Date Line, made with Wild Turkey Rye, black pepper syrup and orange bitters, while rum drinkers can enjoy the Strip View, with sorrel syrup, lime and egg white.

Chef Nicole Brisson’s Spanish tapas concept, Bar Zazu, opened at the end of 2021 and while, yes, you could sit at a table and have a formal meal, the tapas concept is just as suited for stopping in for a drink and a bite to eat. Excellent sangrias are on the cocktail menu, plus a selection of signature cocktails all named after the custom digital art pieces on the walls. Try the Highlander, inspired by Spanish gin and tonics, with Botanist gin, green chartreuse, lime, tarragon, and tonic.

Bravo star Lisa Vanderpump’s second Vegas restaurant, Vanderpump à Paris follows Vanderpump’s success at Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace.

The restaurant aims to transport guests to a French courtyard. Guests can order the restaurant’s signature cocktail, called the Lovelocked: a gin-based cocktail that serves two and comes with a padlock in one glass and a key in the other.

Superfrico has a couple of bars inside it, but the best is the Ski Lodge, a speakeasy style bar decorated to feel like an apres-ski spot in a high-end mountain town. Guests can snack on pizza from Superfrico’s pizza menu, but the cocktail program is distinct, with drinks designed by Leo Robitschek and Mauro Villalobos. Try a take on an espresso martini, made with cold brew, coconut cream and cardamom.

For wine drinkers, Larrea is an off-strip treasure trove with a list designed by master sommelier Lindsey Geddes. Dinner and bar guests can order bottles or glasses from the menu, and Ralphie’s Wine Shop, inside the restaurant, offers bottles of wine and six-packs of beer. A cocktail menu designed by Benjamin Browning feature house-made cordials, fresh juices, and strong pours into balanced cocktails.
