This whimsical restaurant and bar that resembles a secret garden recently introduced a boozy butterfly-themed brunch that takes place every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The lively setting features a live DJ, colorful specialty cocktails and a choice of croissant sandwiches or fried chicken with waffles, eggs and bacon. Groups can order cocktails large enough to serve four guests such as the Patio Pounder, a bottle of Prosecco with your choice of cranberry, pineapple or orange juice, for as little as $35.

Available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday through Sunday, La Mona Rosa’s brunch menu includes El Nopal tacos, made with grilled cactus, charred Mexican onions, tomato and queso cotija; and Poloze Rojo, pork guajillo soup with hominy, avocado, cabbage, oregano served with salsa macha spread atop an heirloom corn tostada; among others that include vegetarian options. Several signature cocktails complement the menu, including Mexico City michelada, made with Mexican lager, house sangrita, hatch chili and cucumber.

Lotus of Siam at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa relaunches “Champagne Party Brunch” on Saturday, September 30. The monthly brunch comes with live DJs and bottle service presentations. Sweet and savory brunch dishes include shrimp toast with sweet-chili soy and toasted sesame, Thai-style steak & eggs with jasmine rice, and Koong Sarong served with crispy bacon and wonton-wrapped shrimp with sweet and sour sauce. Rouge Room’s new Sunday Brunch is available both poolside and inside the lounge at the Red Rock Resort and Casino. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Sunday Brunch menu includes French toast ($16) with bergamot anglaise and whipped mascarpone, breakfast sandwiches ($17) on a croissant with truffle mayo and muenster cheese, a fried chicken sandwich ($24), and croque madame ($20). Sunday Brunch also offers bottomless rose and mimosas ($40) and bottomless caviar service ($200 per person).

Brunch selections include the breakfast sando made with rosemary focaccia, crisp bacon, griddled eggs, pimento and Tillamook cheddar. There’s also Napa Valley smoked salmon served with a potato latke, a dish of Tunisian Shakshuka with fried eggs and toasted sourdough, and the baked croissant French toast with Chantilly cream. To celebrate six years on the Strip, Chef Lorena Garcia recently debuted a new brunch menu that fuses Latin and Mexican cuisine. New menu highlights include jamon serrano avocado toast, chilled hibiscus and strawberry king salmon aguachile, and CDMX Wagyu tartare serve with lime guajillo-arbol salsa. The new dishes are complemented by a selection of mimosas, bloody Marys, or an espresso martini with a choice of liquor. Brunch is served seven days a week from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

RPM Italian at The Forum Shops at Caesars will launch a new brunch that will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Guests can enjoy dishes such as prosciutto benedict, eggs in purgatory, and panettone French toast with orange honey whipped cream. In addition to a menu of brunch cocktails, it also will feature bottomless bubbles featuring Giuliana Prosecco with choice of classic or tropical strawberry-lavender mimosas for $40 per person.
