Bok Bok Chicken
Bok Bok Chicken originated in 2018 with one Las Vegas restaurant and has quickly spread to five locations locally plus three in Los Angeles. The casual spot specializes in Mediterranean recipes, many centered around Bok Bok’s namesake menu item. Diners can order a whole chicken with fresh pita, a half chicken with fattoush, or roasted chicken in a pita sandwich with vegetables.

On the west side of town near the soaring cliffs of Red Rock Canyon, diners can escape the desert with a table by the waterfall at Hawthorn Grill inside the JW Marriott. The dinner menu features a roasted half chicken with spaghetti squash, Brussels sprouts, and tarragon.
Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse

The NoMad Restaurant
Illuminated by warm, low lighting and outfitted with wall-to-wall bookshelves stuffed with more than 20,000 volumes, the NoMad Restaurant inside Park MGM is an intimate, stylish place where diners should definitely split the signature roast chicken. The NoMad roast chicken, which is intended for two, features a caramelized bird plus foie gras and black truffle stuffing and baby leeks.
Diners who like to share can settle in at China Tang at the MGM Grand and enjoy the restaurant’s Classic “Hammer Chicken.” The dish is stuffed with pork belly, mushrooms, and aromatic ginger, garlic and shallots, and is then wrapped in a dried lotus leaf and slow-cooked for five hours. After it’s ready, the chicken gets a splash of wine and a fiery table-side presentation.
Oakville Steakhouse at the Tropicana serves a roasted lemon-herb half-chicken alongside eggplant, artichokes, tomatoes, and rosemary potatoes. The restaurant also offers a wine list with more than 150 selections, making it easy to find the perfect pairing for this dish.
