Todd’s Unique Dining has a Christmas Eve dinner for $60 per person wiith a choice of spicy shrimp cocktail with creamy remoulade sauce; six fresh oysters on the half shell with jalapeño mignonette;
winter greens with roasted peppers, basil, mozzarella, artichoke, and Italian vinaigrette; or
grilled portobello mushroom, smoked salmon, and mushroom demi; or potato and leek soup with spinach cream. Entrée choices include salmon with creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, and pepper cream; prime rib au jus with horseradish, corn pudding, and potato; herbed sea bass with creamy seafood risotto and tomato oil; filet of beef with jumbo scallops, asparagus and bearnaise for $10 more; or fall risotto with winter squash, zucchini, and root vegetables. Dessert features apple tart, pecans, brown sugar, and vanilla ice cream.
