Steve Sisolak extended his state’s stay-at-home order through May 15, and since noneseential businesses closed statewide on March 17, some restaurants chose not to offer takeout and delivery service. Until now. A handful of restaurants reopened to offer dishes spanning Italian, Vietnamese, or breakfast fare to an ever-changing menu of American food or pizzas. Here’s a look at 15 restaurants in Las Vegas and Henderson that reopened for takeout, and sometimes delivery service, during the coronavirus pandemic.

Pho Aimie, the Vietnamese restaurant with locations in Spring Valley at 8390 S. Rainbow Blvd., 702-776 7017, and in North Las Vegas at 2696 W.
