From L.A. to Chicago, south of the border to Korea, Las Vegas continues to source culinary inspiration from around the world to dress up the humble hot dog.

While national brands including Wienerschnitzel and Hot Dog On A Stick continue to adapt to the changes, a handful of creative local outlets remain open, each serving up twists on familiar street food.

Featuring frequently outlandish flavor combinations, plus a respect for the classic dressings and preparations, whether diners are looking for a swift nostalgic dog, or a spicy bacon wrapped meal, these six restaurants feature menus suitable for the whole family.
