Hachi Japanese Yakitori Izakaya
This new izakaya serves yakitori hand grilled over bincho-tan charcoal as well as Japanese tapas and sashimi. Specialities include a tsukune with ground pork, a cherry tomato wrapped with bacon, a umeshiso yaki with a chicken thigh with sour plum and Japanese basil, and a pizza yaki with a chicken thigh grilled like a pizza.
The former home to Sushi Club now hosts Hiboba Sushi with its cavalcade of sushi rolls. Find a deep fried Spam roll, oyster shooters and more giving I Love Sushi across the street a run for its money.
Jin Jin You Wei
Braised tail fish, Lanzhou hand-pulled beef noodle soup, Chinese crepes and more make the menu of this restaurant that took over the former Island Malaysian #2 in the same building as Ichiza.
The Little Greek
Find traditional Mediterranean fare here including gyros, baklava, Greek salads and stuffed grape leaves. Just added, calzones and personal sized pizza. Soon, vegan foods make the menu.
