The Morton Group’s American grill at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will celebrate its 10th anniversary this month with the return of dishes from the restaurant’s inaugural year. A portion of the proceeds from the featured dishes will support After-School All-Stars (ASAS) Las Vegas. Dishes include cavatelli pasta with ground Italian sausage, broccolini, fennel, and roasted garlic for $32 and a two-pound pepper-crusted braised bone-in short rib paired with an Asian pear salad for $45.

January’s installment of dinner and a movie is “Ready Player One.” Catch a screening of the film as well as a dinner experience for four prepared by The Beast on Saturday, January 20. Doors open at 3:30pm. Movie starts at 4 p.m.. Arrive early to save your seats. Tickets are $30 per person.

Ferraro’s Ristorante invites guests to experience its next Taste & Learn on Saturday, January 20, at 5 p.m. This month’s event spotlights wines from Greg Linn and begins with a tasting of Ghost, an exquisitely crisp chardonnay from California’s central coast. Dishes include a fusilli alla Genovese
