Greene St. Kitchen

While permanent plans are yet to be announced for the artsy restaurant Greene Street Kitchen, a trio of test kitchen concepts are taking over the venue at the Palms. Every Friday and Saturday night, June 10 through July 30, Las Vegas chefs will serve a range of cuisines for Greene Street Test Kitchen.

On June 10 and 11, Chef Josh Bianchi will host Binky’s, a Rustic American Italian Cooking pop-up. Chefs Bryan Tejada and Gary FX LaMorte will host Makatas, a Social and Succulent Pinoy-Inspired dining experience on June 18-19, 24-25, and July 1-2. And Crystina Nguyen will host Mamasan, Fresh and Saucy American Polynesian Chinese Cuisine, on July 8-9, 15-16, 22-23, and 29-30. Greene Street Test Kitchen is helmed by Vegas Test Kitchen owner Jolene Mannina.

Le Cirque

Chef Danny Lledó of Washington DC’s Xiquet and Slate Wine Bar and Bellagio’s Le Cirque Executive Chef Dameon Evers will showcase their culinary creativity during a seven-course dinner at Le Cirque on August 5 and 6. The dinner menu includes caviar with corn bavarois, bonito vermouth, and onion blossoms and a dish with sea cucumber. Japanese wagyu is served with chanterelle mushrooms and the evening concludes with a chocolate tartelet. Reservations are required and now available online with seatings at 5 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The dinner is priced at $225 per person.

China Poblano by José Andrés is launching a Bao and Mezcal event. The menu at Andrés’ Mexican Chinese restaurant will pair agave spirits and classic dim sum. Pairings include a chicken and wood ear mushroom shu mai with Del Maguey Crema de Mezcal and a Yu Xiang eggplant dish paired with Bozal Calabaza. The event runs from July 19 through July 31.

Estiatorio Milos

During the month of August, a twilight menu will be available nightly between 5 and 7 p.m. at the Mediterranean restaurant Estiatorio Milos. The four-course menu features a selection of seafood flown in from the Mediterranean including octopus and loup de mer, tomato salad, Greek spreads, lamb chops and dessert for $85 per person.
