The Black Pearl offers brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with chorizo avocado toast on grilled country bread, longaniza, avocado, and salsa bendita; chilaquiles with salsa verde campestre, queso fresco, picked red onions, and cilantro; barbacoa tatemado Bennys with two corn soles topped with lamb and beef stew, two sous vide eggs, and a choice of beans or potatoes; and French toast three ways with amaretto, mascarpone, and strawberries, honey ricotta and caramelized figs, or plain with fruit.

The dinner starts with a watermelon lime margarita, followed by Wellfleet oysters on the half shell with a pink peppercorn mignonette, a warm New England lobster roll, and Cape Cod fry with Ipswitch clams, shrimp, calamari, lemon, and sriracha aioli. Next, a Portuguese-style clam chowder, followed by Chatham paella with lobster, mussels, shrimp, chicken, chorizo, peppers, saffron, and bomba rice. For dessert, berry spoon cake.
