Wynn Las Vegas has partnered with one of the world’s most renowned wineries, Château Lafite Rothschild, for a six-course wine dinner on Sunday, October 15 at 6:30 p.m. Limited to 15 guests, the intimate event will be held in the conservatory of Tableau in Wynn Tower Suites. The dinner experience is $5,000 per guest plus tax and gratuity. On Monday, October 16, Chef Sam Marvin will host a Friends of James Beard benefit dinner for 100 guests in his new Echo & Rig location at the District at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson, Nevada. The six-course feast will be complemented by wines from Chateau St. Michelle Wine Estates, and world-class whiskies from Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey. Tickets are $195 per person and include six courses, cocktails and wines, tax, and gratuity. Cocktail reception begins at 5:30 p.m. with a seated dinner at 6 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online and more information can be found here

On Wednesday, October 18 from 6-8 p.m., Double Zero is hosting an exclusive cocktail class with mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim focusing on The Art of the Aperitivo. Guests will learn to make (and enjoy) three Italian-inspired cocktails paired with bites. Limited seats are available. Tickets are priced at $60 each, plus taxes and fees, and can be purchased through OpenTable. A significant portion of each ticket sold will be donated to the Helen David Relief Fund.
