Sixty-four teams face off starting Thursday, March 17, with the NCAA Men's Tournament kicks off March Madness. In Vegas, next to the Super Bowl, this marks one of the biggest betting bonanzas of the year. Restaurants and bars are ready to keep hungry fans full of food and booze with specials galore.
