DrinkLab Cafe features an airy, modern light wood interior for its menu of beverages, paninis, and waffle creations. Coffee choices include Bullet Butter Coffee, cortados and lattes with the option of Cuban or beehive flavors. The restaurant also serves cold brews, Vietnamese coffee, and a full range of milk teas, milk shakes, and smoothies. Mothership Coffee Roasters

Mothership Coffee Roasters opened its third location in Las Vegas inside Fergusons Downtown with a roster of ethically sourced brews and house-made pastries. The menu features a matcha rose croissant, vegan cinnamon roll, and ham and Gruyere pillow, as well as newcomers such as A Picnic Basket with a choice of pastries, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, coffee, and frosé. New frosé and beer slushy options include the coconut banana stout slushy, sarsaparilla beer slushy, cucumber lime tea frosé, and the farmer’s market strawberry frosé. Wine and local beers from CraftHaus, Bad Beat, and Tenaya Creek are also pouring.

The Jolt Coffee Co.

The Jolt Coffee Co. sits inside The Gay and Lesbian Community Center of Southern Nevada’s downtown location, a sequel to the eastside’s popular Tiabi Coffee & Waffle Bar. The counter-service restaurant is open to everyone, not just visitors to The Center. In addition to the caffeine-packed options, The Jolt serves a full collection of beverages, including a pistachio latte, the coconut cooler made with cane sugar, green tea, and lemonade and the caramel monkey frappe, prepared with a banana, cream, coffee, and caramel sauce. Featuring vegan and gluten-free dishes, a potato chowder and salads, the main attraction is a collection of “toasted sammies,” described as “happy melty experience” served on multi-grain or ciabatta bread.

Oregon-based Black Rock Coffee Bar serves a menu of premium beverages and locally sourced quick bites. The neighborhoo” focused coffee shop features a 295-square-foot patio and the convenience of a drive-thru. Black Rock designed the space with warm wood accents, Edison bulb lamps, and space for Las Vegas-branded merchandise. Newcomer the Coffee Class has its own coffee concierge, as well as online ordering and a rewards program for repeat visitors.
