Eight New Coffee Shops to Try in Las Vegas Right Now
These new coffee shops should be added to your drinking agenda
1. Bungalow Coffee Co.
Vegan coffee cakes and scones, nitro cold brew, and iced rosemary latte are just some of the menu items at Bungalow Coffee Co., which teases a multi-roasting program rolling out soon on the pour-over menu.
2. Golden Fog Coffee
Downtown Las Vegas coffee shop Golden Fog Coffee carries Sightglass Coffee, an independent, sibling-owned coffee company based in San Francisco. The menu features 100 percent vegetarian dishes and plant milks, along with more than 20 loose leaf teas from Tealet and Rishi. Vegetarian pastries span croissants, turnovers, bagels, granola, and cookies.

Benyeh in Downtown Summerlin specializes in beignets, and serves Vittoria coffee with an emphasis on espresso-based coffee drinks. Other baked goods include patachus (pâte à choux) and cookie stix to make dunking easy.

4. Take It Easy Roasters
Josh Molina’s Chinatown Take It Easy serves as a roastery for his two Makers & Finders coffee shops and a Colombian pastry shop. Find nitro-brewed coffee, lattes, cappucinos, cortados, and more. Customers can pick up buñuelos, little fried dough balls, and pan de bono, a cornbread ball with cheese, as well as empanadas and flatbreads.
5. The Human Bean
The Human Bean opened its second local expansion in Henderson, a drive-thru only venture. The coffee shop offers a full roster of Americanos, chai, cold brews, flavored Rockstar energy drinks, frozen espressos, and familiar hot or cold beverages, as well as brownies, cookies, espresso beans, a very popular hot Mexi Mocha, and seasonal creations, currently including pumpkin pie, gingerbread, candied peppermint, and “old-fashioned eggnog” flavors.
6. Royal Coffee Roasting Co.
The Royal Coffee Roasting Co. replaced a trio of Black Rock Coffee Bars, built from scratch by the Oregon franchise last year. Each offers a drive-thru at 45 E. Silverado Ranch Boulevard in the southeast, plus 7565 S. Rainbow Boulevard and 4835 Blue Diamond Road in the southwest. The family-owned company partnered with Idaho’s Happy Day Brands for its roastery source, creating natural, non-GMO, and organic products.
7. Tru Bru Organic Coffee
Micro-roastery Tru Bru Organic Coffee is open daily inside a 2,442-square-foot corner space at The Commons at Seven Hills retail center, near the intersection of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Seven Hills Drive. Pouring 100 percent organic beverages, including a nitro cold brew and matcha imported from Uji, Japan, the evolving casual dining options include avocado toast with organic eggs, a variety of the house special scones, cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip muffins, carrot cake, cookies, and gluten-free chocolate banana bread.
8. Founders Coffee
Founders Coffee expanded to St. Rose Parkway in Henderson with Red Eye, Dark Roast Cold Brew and Founders Blend classic flavors, along with lattes in lavender white chocolate and rose tea renditions and blended frappes such as the almond butter and jelly and matcha monster. This location features a drive-thru, takeout, and delivery at Saint Rose Parkway and Amigo Street. The all-day food menu offers toasts such as the avocado with sun-dried tomato, chive, and garlic aioli and deluxe lox toast with smoked lox, smoked lox cream cheese, red onion, chopped boiled egg, capers, and chives. Diners can also order sandwiches and waffles including the breakfast waffle with egg, bacon, cheese, and maple butter; quiches; and breakfast bowls including Founders’ vegan overnight oats with chia seed, coconut, coconut milk, vanilla, and blueberries.
