1. Big B's Texas BBQ
Big B’s takes a Texas approach to barbecue with smoked meats such as beef brisket, tri-tip, pulled pork, chicken, baby back ribs, sausage, and classic barbecue sides such as baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw, corn on the cob and cream corn.
2. Chile Caliente Tacos Y Mariscos
Inexpensive tacos, burritos, tostados and more make the menu at this new Mexican restaurant.
3. John Mull’s Meats & Road Kill Grill II
Road Kill Grill now has a second location inside the Clark County Shooting Complex with the same no frills counter service that you eat picnic style. Look for half chickens, briskets, rib tips, hot links, pulled pork and chicken and more. Nab breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
4. Jun's Korean Restaurant
Jun’s now has a third location. Meats are marinaded overnight to give them a rich flavor.
5. Makai Pacific Island Grill

Your newest Hawaiian restaurant serves up traditional dishes such as pulehu steak, kahlua pig is tender and two poke options.

This new Downtown Las Vegas restaurant serves up “A little Japanese, a little Mexican.” The signature dish? The Mexipanese burrito with fresh Ahi tuna poke with carne asada beef brisket topped with teripotle sauce, a blend of teriyaki sauce and roasted chipotle peppers.
7. Peru Chicken

The specialty here? Authentic Peruvian rotisserie chicken, the famous pollo a la brasa, right across the street from Herbs & Rye. This is the second Las Vegas location for Peru Chicken.
8. Pure Indian Cuisine
Las Vegas, NV 89119
A buffet, a view of the airport and Strip, a full bar and a full-service hookah lounge are all part of the new Pure Indian Cuisine.
9. Riliberto’s Fresh Mexican Food
Riliberto’s makes the leap into Las Vegas with Mexican fast food. The company already has locations in Flagstaff, Bullhead City and Chandigarh, India. The restaurant is open 24 hours.
10. The Rockin' Dead Zombie Apocalypse Bar
This new bar promises to have enough pizza to survive the zombie apocalypse.
Henderson, NV 89044
A third version of the 24-hour tavern that serves chicken wings, spinach artichoke dip, nachos, sliders, Baja fish tacos and on the breakfast menu, the "Rounder's Eye Opener," built with eggs, hash browns, toast choice of bacon, ham or sausage patties for $6.99.
12. Saino Indian-Nepali Kitchen
Saino claims to be the first of its kind in Las Vegas, serving Indian and Nepali fare. Look for a buffet during lunch.
13. Tiabi Coffee & Waffle
Tiabi, which stands for to inspire and be inspired, claims that it’s not your average coffee shop. This second location in North Las Vegas features the West Coast Wafflewich with chicken, bacon, avocado, tomato and cheese; the Hashtag Breakfast Sandwich with bacon or turkey sausage, egg and cheese; the Guru Burger with a vegan burger with tomato, spring mix and guru sauce sauce; and Tiff's Waffle Macchiato with cinnamon vanilla macchiato, whipped cream and a churro waffle.
