Chateau Nightclub at Paris Las Vegas will wrangle in NFR weekend with Country Fried Mix, an after-party with Cowboy Troy and DJ Sinister on Saturday, Dec. 6. The country rap artist, known for coining the term “hick-hop,” will perform his hit single “Hick Chick,” along with others, accompanied by DJ Sinister who will be serving up the latest country songs with a side of bass thumping beats. Throughout the NFR run, Chayo Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar at The Linq is offering 25 percent off appetizers, including the massive rib eye nachos, crispy empanadas and the botana platter, which includes two mini sopes, two empanadas, guacamole and two chicken gorditas. Rodeo fans looking for late night fun should head to Double Barrel Roadhouse for Monte Carlo’s Rodeo After-Parties, scheduled from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. Guests will not only enjoy live entertainment, giveaways and food and beverage specials, but they also will have the opportunity to meet with the Team Monte Carlo Riders. All 12 of the riders will make an appearance at Double Barrel Thursday, Dec. 4, with three to four riders per evening stopping by the restaurant Dec. 7-11.
