Yeehaw. Cowboy boots and 10-gallon hats take over Las Vegas with the 10 days of the National Finals Rodeo starting this Thursday. While the main action takes place at the Thomas & Mack Center, restaurants and bars all over Las Vegas are swinging open the doors with deals galore for rodeo fans. Test your strength and stamina on the mechanical bull during, or watch the competitors in the Toughest Cowboy Competition on Dec. 4 and 11, starting at 11 p.m., or in Bikini Bull Riding on Dec. 7 at 10 p.m.
