Billy Bob’s Steakhouse will serve a Thanksgiving special of turkey, mashed potatoes, candied yams, winter vegetables, cornbread stuffing and cranberry sauce for $18 starting at 3 p.m.

Chef Mark LoRusso created a five-course holiday tasting menu featuring an Arkansas black apple chopped salad, butternut squash agnolotti with sage brown butter, dayboat scallops and roasted organic turkey confit, vanilla scented yams and traditional trimmings finished with a tasting of Botero holiday desserts. The chef’s tasting menu is prix fixe, $95, and is available in addition to Botero’s full a la carte menu. Reservations are available from 4:30 to 10 p.m.

For an entrée, the restaurant will feature a roasted Sonoma organic free range turkey complete with savory sage dressing, caramelized baby roots vegetables, classic butter mashed potatoes, peach schnapps cranberry relish and giblet gravy.
